Over the years we have observed many of our guests at our spiritual retreat lament over trying to meditate properly. In this session, we will discuss some of the do’s and don'ts of meditation giving you a solid foundation to start from. We will then teach you a few short mediations that you can continue using at home to develop and deepen your meditation practice.
Each mediation is a bit different so that you can find the method that quiets your mind and brings forth the most tranquility. It is our experience that a quiet mind is a peaceful state, and wish to share how uncomplicated this practice can really be.
